Sales Administration Associate Analyst

We are recruiting for a Sales Support Associate to the support the teams in all aspects of account maintenance ensuring maximum effectiveness of internal administrative processes and communication to guarantee optimum service to the client

  Responsibilities • To create quote requests, proposals and other business documents within the stipulated TAT for both Sales • Provide the highest levels of customer service, striving for first contact resolution, responding within given timelines written or verbal • Monitor team mailbox and maintain TAT of various documents. Keep the team informed of any delay/challenges, etc. • Monitor turnaround times for all action items • Respond within the time commitment given to enquiries regarding client/ broker enquiries and perform necessary action as required, with first contact resolution where possible. • Build relations with internal departments to ensure all resources are utilized to the benefit of the client/broker, working within the regional benefits and reaching out to relevant service teams where necessary. • Identify potential process improvements and make recommendations to the respective Team Leader • Actively support other team members and provide resource to enable all team goals to be achieved • Attend internal and external meetings along with Sales when needed Experience & Skills Required: • • A minimum of 12mths experience in customer centric role for a service focused organization. • • Experience of working in a team • • Ability to meet/exceed targets and manage multiple priorities. • • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • • Must possess excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy. • • Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication to internal and external clients. • • Strong customer focus with ability to identify and solve problems. • • Ability to work under own initiative and proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements. • • Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow to meet individual and team requirements • • Ability to quickly identify customer needs and exercise judgment in a professional and confident manner. • • Regional Regulatory awareness will be an added advantage. • • Work well in a team environment.
